From the RPG days to now I changed a few things.
For example he is still a Nazi but his grandfather
designed the first Panzer armor. He took the design
and expanded it. He holds the ideals set forth by by
the Nazi's and he is building an underground empire
to attain those goals.

When Elgar Von Koenig found his grandfathers
workshop and his notes. He knew he had stumbled
upon his legacy. His grandfather was a brilliant man
not like his father had told him. Elgars father was
weak and afraid but not him. He understood what his
grandfather wanted. A perfect world without any
flaws. Elgar made engineering and electronics a
passion and designed the Panzer Version 2.0 armour
around what his grandfather had made.
He began finding like minded individuals and started
a group called The Illuminati. In honor of the first true
leader of the Third Reich. For members of the
Illuminati he designed a weaker set which he called
the Hummel Version 1.0.

Elgar wears an armored battle-suit that serves as an
exoskeleton, providing the wearer with superhuman
strength and durability. The suit's outer layer was
composed of a titanium matrix alloy, and is equipped
with small missiles (most missiles are the standard
varity but he does alter some missiles for special
circumstances) contained in his gauntlet area of the
battle-suit, computers and radio transmitter and
receiver, boot jets that allow flight. An internal Air
Supply. Elgar also has equipped his armor with a
chest mounted fusion weapon.
