| Earth Lord |
Was originally created during the summer of 1992. I
Point. I decided to take someone with muscle, that
was a mutant. Something Colossus like. I decided to
go with the power of EARTH.
Originally he was a mutant in the age of Days of
Future Past. He had the power to control the earth
with a Earth Body that he could form up if he was
touching the Earth. Pretty much nothing on him has
changed except he is now from the distant future.
The biggest thing that changed on him was a
teleporter. He originally never had any movement
powers. In fact he moved slower then everyone else.
His rock looks never changed.
I always envisioned him with just half shorts on. One
of the main things I did change on his looks was, he
turned black. One of the kids here where I work saw
him and liked him. I thought, hey, I don't have any
black heroes so lets make him black. It seems to
work out good for him.
A QUICK ORIGIN OF Earth Lord
James was born in 3217 and he was a normal kid on
Moonbase One. His parents worked with shuttle
mission making sure no renegades crossed the Sol
system boundaries. Everything changed when James
was 12, his powers appeared. He could alter the
Earth that was in the Gardens. Within a day he was
brought before Manchine. Manchine took one look at
him and told him "He was destined to become a great
hero some point in time."
He was taken out of school and was taught Hand to
Hand Combat. Manchine also had him schooled in
Earth History. Specifically anything from the 20th
Century and before. Manchine told him things about
himself and he joined the Galaxy Defense Force.
At the age of 24 Earth Lord (his GDF code name)
was on a standard mission. Arm Master a illegal arms
dealer was selling weapons and Earth Lord and his
company was to apprehend him. Something went
wrong a portal tore open causing Earth Lord and Arm
Master to fall through. Earth Lord ended up back on
Moonbase One just as Sonic Soldier was about to be
killed by Electric Marshal. He saved his life. Earth
Lord told Manchine his tale and told him information
only Manchine knew about. Manchine offered him a
spot on the Global Defense Force.
Earth Lords Powers
Earth Lord is a mutant. Born with the powers to
control the Earth. His powers are at there peak when
he is in contact with the ground of a planet. The
bigger the planet the more powerful Earth Lord is.
Which makes him specially useful in high gravity
planets.
He can cause anything from Earthquakes to Earth
Projectiles. He can not affect any man made solids
with his powers. On Earth, Earth Lord has been
known to effect a area of 5 miles. He has been
known to stop a volcano that just erupted. He caused
the lava to spew out into the ocean adding 10 square
miles to the Hawaiian Islands.
When Earth Lord is Armored Up and in contact with
the Earth, his powers are at there peak. Earth Lord
can withstand and survive most types of extreme
physical assaults. Additionally, he does not need to
eat, sleep, or breathe. Armored Up grants Earth Lord
immense superhuman strength, making him one of
the most physically powerful characters. He is able to
easily bend steel, punch through walls and lift
massive objects.
When Earth Lord is Armored Up his speed is greatly
reduced. So he uses a teleportation device. It has
enough power to teleport Earth Lord 3000 miles in
one jump. Although it would take 24 hours for the
teleporter to recharge. He can add more mass to the
teleporter but that takes more power and reduces the
distance of the teleportation.
